Take advantage of our best pricing by moving up to one of our cow shares. Enjoy cuts like tenderloin and ribeyes for the same price as ground beef! Our cow shares are prime grade. All cuts come individually packaged, labeled and ready for your freezer.

HOW YOU GET CIVIL SASS BULK BEEF

 

1. RESERVE YOUR SHARE

Complete three quick selections. Your size (Quarter, Half or Whole), Cut Selection (Civil Sass Classic Cut or build your own custom cuts) and preferred month of butchering.

We require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your order and beef savings.

 

2. WE’LL CONTACT YOU

Jake or Abbey will reach out to confirm your order details and butcher date. You will call us old fashioned, yet we like to give you a call here.

3. PICK UP YOUR BEEF

After the butcher date, our butcher shop partners will reach out by phone. You can arrange pickup date and times directly with them. We suggest taking some coolers.

Planning ahead for the freezer

 
  • You will receive your entire order of beef at one time. So let’s double check freezer space! All of your beef will be frozen when you pick up from the processor. Our beef can remain delicious for up to one year when kept frozen.

    • Approximately 145-165 lbs of beef requiring 10 cubic feet of freezer space

    • Approximately 300-320 lbs of beef requiring 20 cubic feet of freezer space

  • Approximately 610-630 lbs of beef requiring 40 cubic feet of freezer space
